To reserve a park, fill in the following information. After you’ve submitted the form, a representative from the Pleasant View Metropolitan District will be in touch with further information. Please note, filling out this form does not guarantee that the facility you are reserving is available.

​Right to Refuse Rental: The Pleasant View Metropolitan District may refuse rental to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to: non-payment, abuse of facilities, abuse of staff, disregarding District policy, etc.

Park Rules & Regulations

The parks that Pleasant View Metropolitan District manage are Jefferson County
Open Space parks, therefore please review Open Space policies.

1. Parks are open from dawn to dusk.
2. Overnight stay is prohibited in any park area.
3. Dogs must always be leashed.
4. Glass beverage containers are prohibited. Alcohol is permitted with prior authorization.
5. No fires allowed.
6. No grills are allowed.
7. Motorized vehicles are not permitted in parks, walkways, or trails.
8. No dumping allowed.
9. All trash should be picked up and placed in garbage cans.
10. It is unlawful to launch or discharge any type of missile, or operate any remote controlled surface, water, or aircraft devices in parks.
11. It is unlawful to remove, damage, destroy, deface any park property, structure, sign, vegetation, or equipment.
12. It is unlawful to hunt, trap, harass or harm any wild animal, bird, or plant life.
