Board Meeting March 31, 2026 at 4:00pm @955 Moss St.
Pleasant View Metropolitan District is governed by a five-member board of directors. There are two director positions currently open and we’re looking for engaged community members to help fill them!
To qualify, you must:
1. Live or own property in Pleasant View
2. Be registered to vote in Colorado
We are especially interested in board members who have professional experience in finance, accounting, or economics. Experience with public outreach, local government, or public parks is preferred but not required. If you are excited to be involved in improving your community, please apply regardless of professional experience!
Board members typically serve four year terms. Board members who fill these vacancies, however, will be up for election in May 2027 since vacancies are filled without a vote of the people.
To apply, please submit a brief (one page or less) Letter of Intent to Fire Chief Chris Malmgren.
The Letter of Intent should include:
1. A brief introduction of who you are
2. Why you want to be on the board
3. What makes you a good candidate
Email your letter by March 24, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. local time to

Letters will be forwarded to the current board of directors review. Candidates will be chosen at the March 31 board meeting by a majority vote of the current board of directors.
