PVMD Board of Directors

Every business needs leaders. Here at Pleasant View Metropolitan District, we are lead by our Board of Directors. The Board is made up of five elected officials who make decisions concerning the best interest of the community in which they have been elected to serve. They are ultimately in charge of all staff and all operations of the District.

Board members serve 4 year terms and elections are held every other year in even years. To be a Director you must be a property owner with in the District boundaries and be willing to devote approximately 5 hours per month towards board meetings and other events the District holds. Board members are paid a stipend of $100 per board meeting that occur monthly.

Our Board

Tiffany Smith  |  Vice President
My husband and I have lived in Pleasant view for over 18 years. We had a son graduate Golden High school. I have always enjoyed volunteering at the schools and being a part of my community, this is the first board I have served on. It is a great opportunity to be a part of the parks and fire department.
Adrian Waller  |  President
It is my privilege to serve the Pleasant View Metropolitan District. I have lived in the neighborhood for the past 25 years and plan on staying here for years to come. My wife and I built a house in Pleasant View and enjoy the mixed use horse property that gives a rural feeling. Our family, including our four children, enjoy the laid back feel that Pleasant View offers. We love to use the parks and are glad to see the strong improvements of the Fire Department over the last few years

It is my goal as a board member to bring Pleasant View the best parks and fire department that we can offer. It is my hope that Pleasant View becomes a family friendly neighborhood, providing safe parks and excellent fire service. I hope that in the years to come Pleasant View will continue to provide the charm of a rural setting within the larger Denver metropolitan community.

Please contact me through the District office.
Julie Shaw  |  Director
My family and I have lived in West Pleasant View with our two children for the past 14 years. As a board member, I am honored and privileged to serve the friends, family and neighbors in our small community of Pleasant View. I am excited to be working with our Fire and Parks Department to create positive solutions and ideas to better serve our growing community as a whole and offer a peaceful, safe and sustainable environment for all Pleasant View residents to thrive in.

Devin Keen  |  Secretary/Treasurer
I have lived in the area off and on for over twenty years. Although I have lived in many places I have always thought of northern Jefferson County as my home. In 2002 when the time came to make a permanent home Pleasant View was my first choice. The pride I feel toward Pleasant View and the people who live here is what inspired me to get involved. I am proud of our parks and fire department and how they have grown and improved over the years and I am truly grateful to the opportunity to serve the community.
