On Saturday, June 16 Family Fun Day occurs at Wolf Park. Food fun and games for our young citizens is on the agenda. More information will be forthcoming!.
It is with great pleasure that the Pleasant View Metropolitan District is allowed to provide Fire Protection and Parks Management to the residents and businesses that support us so willingly.
It is because of this support we try (with our very limited budget) to provide a day for the children and parents of Pleasant View Metropolitan District to enjoy time and fellowship with other residents and schoolmates.
Pleasant View Family Fun Day has been a tradition for 30+ years. It has varied in its activities, but has never failed to provide a good time for the children who attend.
Festivities are centered around elementary age children. This year we plan on multiple inflatable toys, a petting zoo, horse cart rides and field day games. Hamburger/Hot Dog meals will be for sale by the Pleasant View Lions Club (who will also give away cotton candy, popcorn and snow cones).
This year the festivities are scheduled 11:00am to 3:00pm on August 20, 2011 at Wolf Park (800 Orion).
